Where can I find the invoice for each month of my adobe creative cloud subscription? I need them for VAT-repporting. Only able to find the first one. Could I suggest sending the invoice (in legal form) on the monthly e-mail with subscription payment confirmation e-mail ? It would simplify my world at least.
Hi Mikkel,
We do not send invoices any more, if you are still getting , can you please share the invoices by personal message.

Hi TGBerland,
For creative cloud team subscription unfortunately the invoices are not sent automatically.
I would request you to please contact Adobe phone support at 800-443-8158 or or contact the chat support at
http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/avl-help.html
For the invoices you can contact Adobe support once in 3-4 months and the rep will send you the all the invoices you want.
Incase if you want you can PM me the Adobe Id on the which you have the CC subscription and I wil send the invoices to the Team administrator's email.
Thanks
Kapil

I have just been on CHAT and was told I can 'manage' My Account to automatically send the invoice each month simply by logging in and then clicking MANAGE. However, there is no such option to view or set up repeat invoices to be sent when you log in and click on 'Manage'.
So, how do I get invoices each month sent to me? My school said they can only reimburse me each month with an invoice.

MissTeach,
we are really very sorry for the trouble but as of right now the option to send the Invoices on a monthly basis is not yet available. How ever , what we can do is , you can please share your email add along with the order number in a private message with me and I will forward the Invoices to you over your email .

Has the ability to have invoices for Creative Cloud sent automatically ever been created. It's ridiculous that it's not built into the management tools when I see threads on this issue going back two years and since subscriptions have become Adobe's primary business model.

I have to agree. Our accountants comes to me asking for this invoice every month after adobe changed this. Kinda makes me feel stupid. Why did you change it? Im in IT and I manage the Adobe Team at marketing. I used to get invoice by mail so how hard can it be adobe? This is REALLY bad customer service!!!

It's all about the Money and cancellations as someone has noted previously in this thread. They probably noticed a spike in subscription cancellations with each email invoice so now they keep them as obscure as possible. Dirty practices Adobe! Plain Dirty.

I automatically received invoices for my Creative Cloud subscription for the first few months, but they stopped for some reason. That means auto-emails are a possibility. I haven't found a way to reinstate them in the Manage My Account area.
Did anyone else receive email invoices to begin with, only to have them stop?

Yes, I believe we also received them monthly for a while and then without notice they just stopped.
So that's even stranger, Adobe had this feature but has turned it off??
Come on Adobe, get it together.

Same here. I agree this should be an option.

One vote to have this feature. Please Adobe, it's an easy one.

As mentioned above, automatic delivery of CC invoices via email stopped at some point during the last year. I'm guessing this was a decision Adobe made globally. It's an inconvenience, but invoices can be accessed via the "Account" section of your profile as indicated above, in the "Manage Plan" section of "Plans and Products" under billing history.

Yes, you have restated the obvious. Bravo.
Everyone is aware that invoices can be manually accessed via the Account section of your profile.
The issue is that is a time wasting manual process that virtually every other company has automated. Adobe is happy to waste the time of its customers.

Your weakly sarcastic response adds nothing to this discussion.

Your suggestion of a sub-standard work-around adds even less to the conversation.

Please can we get this feature added? It's rather cumbersome to have to login to the account pull down the PDF invoice then manually email it over to our finance department.

Adding my vote for auto-emailed invoices every month. With all the various vendors I manage for the business I can't go manually tracking down 20 different company's invoices, it is incredibly time wasting and simple for Adobe to implement.

yes please add it - its a pain in teh bum logging in to print them out every month

Such a pain to have to log in every month. It's another month now and the accountant has again asked me for the latest Adobe invoice and now I have to do all this manual work (logging into, finding the invoice on the Adobe website) to get the invoice that unlike every other company that just automatically emails it to you. FIX THIS ADOBE, start send out the invoices by email! Hello, 2015 not 1995.
Each time you have to do the same I would recommend coming onto the forum here and complaining and keeping these messages at or near the top of the questions list.

2019 and still being chased by the finance department. This is infuriating and lousy customer service. GIVE US THE OPTION TO GET INVOICES AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO US!

I totally agree, it's amazing it's not the default configuration and even worst that it's not even an option!
I was thinking that Adobe products were made for professionals...
