Is it possible to get an email address from a form added to the submit mail to list?

I have a form that has a "Customer Email Address" text box, and a submit button that already emails the form (as a PDF) to the email addresses written in the "mailto" url section. However, as the customer changes I was wondering if it was possible to make it so the text box could add whatever email is put in to the mail to section when I try to submit it? 

Or is there a different way to set it up so that a fillable part of my form can be set to add an email address to the submit section when it's entered?
