I don't seem to be able to change page size using the preflight any more on DC - is this me being stupid or is it no longer possible?  Thanks!

There is a new optional update that was released 5 days ago. Try to update first (if you haven't done so).

What PDF fixup are you trying to use exactly?

Also, why do you use the print production tool to change a page size. This can also be done via Print properties, or you can also customize a pages's dimension to scale using the "Print Server Properties" via your operating system , which will also make that page size available to select from at print time.

Is this what you're referring to ?

You can scale the pages with the preflight tool.
