Hi, my company has just put a 32 bit version of Adobe pro on my laptop, however it gets an unexpected error when trying to convert multiple excel files to pdf, I have a 64 bit version of Excel, could that be the reason ?

It's not likely it has to do with the application being 32-bit, or that installing the 64-bit version will solve this issue.

What does the error message say?
