Is there any way to appeal the cancelation payment Acrobat Pro?

Kind of surprised to see such an underhanded scam from a company as reputable as Adobe.

I used pro once the day I got the trial, it's pretty ridiculous I can't refund the renewal given that I didn't even use it. I mean I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print that had me agreeing to a year of payments, but still, it's sleazy. It's also super frustrating that there isn't even a reminder your trial's going to end.
