Issue Adobe error tracking and CTA tracking

We are using adobe error tracking and CTA tracking using window._satellite and Tracking class. But not able to track the variables in http call under network tab.​We installed adobe debugger google chrome extension and using this we are able to see the error and CTA tracking in console tab in developer tools.
​But when we are trying to see the same thing in Dev environment then tracking is not reflecting in both network as well as console tab.
Currently we are using adobe debugger chrome extension’s free version.
