Issue when I sign a document with a file attached

Dear Acrobat community.

Could you help me ?

When I attach a PDF document already signed, in a master PDF document and then I sign the master PDF document, the document attached desappears during the signature process.

Shall I do something special?

I think that happens because once the document is secured withal a signature it enforces some restrictions.

Maybe, you can try to combine the master PDF and the signed PDF attachment as a PDF binder. You should be able to sign this way.
