Issue with PDF Viewer

I am using  Document Services PDF Embed API but having issues with pdf files that have a very large quantity of bookmarks. It fails to load the bookmarks.

Can someone assist if there is any fix?

I can't need to get approval from legal and compliance which I think will not be able to, do you know if there is any issue or bug logged against this issue?

I opened a case with Adobe support and they looking into in the meantime since this was a time critical we decided to approch alternate solution.
