Issues with Adding Signature Boxes

Hello,

I have started having this issue with my Adobe account for the past few hours, and I'm unsure how to resolve it. I use adobe for sending out documents to be signed and it always works perfectly for me. However the issue that I am having now is after I add an email recipient and go into specify where to add signatures, part of the document does not show up. It just says the Thumbnail is Not Available.  I have tried sending the document to myself to see if it is viewable, and every single time it just constantly buffers and never appears. Lastly I tried restarting my laptop and closing out all tabs and browzers, and still nothing seems to help. The rest of the platform when editing the PDF and adding a recipient works fine, it's just this last step that I continually am having a problem with. I am just wondering what I could try next to resolve issue, any suggestions helps.

Are you using Adobe Acrobat to send the files, or the online web service that Adobe provides? If it's the latter, then unforutnately, there is nothing we can do, and you will have to get in touch with Adobe's customer support. Only they have access to the server based systems.

I am facing the same issues trying to send documents to signing. It is exactly the same problem as described by Matthew5C30. I've tryed both Adobe Acrobat DC, desktop, and its web service.

Do you know how to fix it?
