Hope you are doing well.  As described you want to e-sign the document.

Adobe Acrobat Reader lets you sign PDFs and incorporate that signature into the file. If you are viewing a PDF on the web, download the PDF first before you sign it. For more information please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/using/sign-pdfs.html

You may also use the online link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/acrobat/fillsign?x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_locatio... to sign the documents and see if that works.
