Java to Manipulate Background

Can anyone tell me the syntax for changing the background color of a pdf page using javascript? I can't seem to find anything on the topic.

This is a non-starter, not least because PDF pages do not actually have a background color at all. Sometimes there is a graphic in the background with a solid colour. You cannot affect the colour of graphics. (Note: JavaScript is never abbreviated to Java, because - confusingly - Java is an entirely different competing language).
