I have a bizzare situation with a user working with Adobe Pro. He can not print pdf files that have larger page size, say over a 100. it send only 58 pages / 55 to our network printer.

On the other hand, it works just fine with Adobe Reader.

I installed different version of Adobe Pro --> did not work

I even reinstalled her OS --> did not work

Pro stops working and I have to end the task in Task Manager.

This is so frustrating.

Hi JJ

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, large page size not working with Acrobat Pro but works fine with Acrobat Reader DC

- Wht happens when you try to print the PDF? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check?

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once. https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

- What is the version of the OS you are using?

Please try to repair the installation (Windows Only) and reboot the computer once and see if that helps. Open Acrobat Pro > Help > Repair Installation.

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights on Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and then reinstall the application  and check

Regards

Amal
