After installing Acrobar Pro 2020 (One-Time Purchase with serial number)
When launching the programm it requires a login. This isn’t though functional since the message "Sorry something went wrong" appears.
As additional info;
If I start Acrobat reader, I can login as expected

Can you confirm the exact version OS you have installed the Acrobat 2020? Since its a new install and first time launch, we guess the Acrobat 2020 must be up-to-date.
You may try a few troubleshooting steps suggested-
Use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove the installed Acrobat: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
and re-download the Acrobat Pro 2020 : https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html
If this doesn't work, then-[for Windows OS]
