Licenses have expired!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm an academic student and i have a school account to Adobe. I registered in May 2020 but i had no confirmation email. Today i got this message bei using  Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc that licenses have expired (see Photo).

Apparently Acrobat Pro DC is launched in the trial version.

You may need to check with Customer Care as there may be something wrong with your payment.

You have replied to thread about a license for an Adobe program expiring. Most likely because of the Covid-19 problem.

If you need help with something, an Adobe Program, please start your own thread and give as much details as possible about the problem you are having.

If this license comes from the school, contact the school. If this was a special for COVID times, it has expired.
