Hello,

we've installed Adobe Acrobat Standard CC in our terminalserver farm (XenApp 7). The farm consists of multiple servers. We are using the following license: VIP 2 SELECT Adobe Acrobat Standard DC for Teams.

Each user license can be used on two devices (source: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/device-activation-limit.html).

Thats the problem in our case, because the user is connected to different servers at each logon.

For example, he will be connected to server 1 on day 1, to server 2 on day 2, to server 3 on day 3 and so on.

After day 2, the adobe id of this user has two registered devices: server 1 and server 2. On day 3, the attached message appears.

So the question is: which type of license can we use in a terminalserver farm?

Thanks,

Marco.
