Lock form Fields with out signature

I have a form that certain boxes are prefilled when other boxes are checked in the form. The boxes on the first page are the ones prefilled I want to lock them once they are checked further down in the page. I also want the fillable boxes that prefill throughout the form to lock after they are filled in on the first page. Is this possible with out a signature?

You can set the fields to read only.

When I do that the other fields with the same name lock also and I want them to be able to complete those fields but lock the fiels it auto fills.

Use different names for the fields.

But then they won't autofill through out the form

You can't have different values in form text fields with the same name.
