First time posting on these forums. I have an end-user in my organization who keeps getting a .log file when converting to PDF using the ribbon add-on for Outlook/Word/Excel, as below:
Other user accounts on the machine (such as my own) do not encounter it. I've looked through the add-on settings for each app, preferences in Adobe Acrobat, options in Adobe Distiller, tried comparing registry key entries for Adobe between my account and the user's in HKEY_CURRENT_USER for differences, and have performed a full uninstall, registry key cleanup, and reinstall without change. Only thing I haven't tried is rebuilding the user's profile on the machine, which while it likely would have a high chance of success I feel, would be a bigger hassle due to all the local files and app config options they have.
Anyways. Any ideas? Is there some specific setting/reg key somewhere that I missed? Thanks.
