Lost Access to Functionality Purchased

I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I subscribed to Adobe Export PDF for 12 months in October 2020. I now appear to have no access it. When I try to export a document I am redirected to the Adobe Pricing Screen.

I have an Adobe Account but on accessing 'Orders' it states that there are no orders associated with the account.

I was sent a verification code by Adobe when took out this functionality.

Any ideas?

There is no subscription listed in your account. Please ensure that you are using the same email address that was used to purchase the subscription.
