I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I subscribed to Adobe Export PDF for 12 months in October 2020. I now appear to have no access it. When I try to export a document I am redirected to the Adobe Pricing Screen.

I have an Adobe Account but on accessing 'Orders' it states that there are no orders associated with the account.

I was sent a verification code by Adobe when took out this functionality.

Any ideas?

Hi Neil!

Thank you for reaching out.

As you have mentioned above, you have subscribed to the Adobe Export PDF plan in October 2020. We did try to check your account information with the email address that you have used to sign in to this community.

There is no subscription listed in your account. Please ensure that you are using the same email address that was used to purchase the subscription.

You may also check your subscription under your Adobe account here: https://account.adobe.com/

Sign in using the Adobe ID (email address) and password. Then go to Plans > My Plans.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
