Mac macOS Catalina user plus Adobe Acrobat Pro

I'm experiencing problems since my Mac was updated to Catalina. The Adobe Acrobat I had did not function more. My technicalservice instaled a new one that was ok for 3 weeks, then had to install some type of patches, but is not ok. I think I must by a new version to download directly from you page? That will work ok with my macOS Catalina 10.15.5? IF yes, I will require a technical assistance?
