Hi

Until recently Acrobat was my default when using programs such as Amazon and etsy to print shipping labels and packing slips.  Now all of a sudden Microsoft office pops up but I don't have this and it doesn't work.  How can I make Acrobat my default again?

Thanks for your advice

Hi There,

Thanks for reporting the issue here.

Can you clarify the issue. You're trying to print from Amazon or others? Correct? Are those PDF file(s) or any webpage(s)

We tried the same and were able to print without an issue.

Are you using Acrobat or Reader? And the OS version as well on which the issue is reproducible.

For Acribat one can use Adobe PDF Printer in the list of Printers while trying to print.

Regards,
Swapnil Srivastava
