Hi,

I am currently having issues printing a barcode as it always pixelated, I have noticed print as image solves this issue so ideally, I would like this turned on all the time, is there a way of doing so?

I have found old forum posts to make this change but it is for much older versions.

Thank you.

Hi Connor,

Hope you are doing well.

Glad to hear Print as Image has helped you to resolve the issue. Acrobat's printing preferences doesn't allow to set this option as default. However, there must be a registry setting, but we don't recommend to make such changes.

Acrobat's print nature is by default picks up the same settings on your next print. To know more about "Print as Image" option, please read this help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/quick-fix-print-pdf-image.html

Thanks,

Akanchha
