Merge fields in a PDF

I am creatting  PDF but I need to add merge fields so I can merge data and sutomize the PODFs for e-mails

Do you mean you want to perform a Mail Merge operation? If so, you can do it using a PDFMaker plugin for Word or using a script, like this (paid-for) one I've created:
