merge pdfs and add bookmarks via command line?

I have several PDFs. I would like to join/merge/concatenate them all together into one single PDF, and add bookmarks to them in the single PDF.

There are some free command line utilities out there where I can do this, but I would prefer to avoid using such free software.

Is there a command line method available in Acrobat for this?
