Hi,
I cant load MP4 I have created using Premiere PRO or Gifmakers online into a PDF.
I tried using Indesign as well as Rich Media.
The video embeddet will just turn black the moment I click on it.
A small green line runs from left to right, thats it.
On Computers of my workcollegues Acrobat just crashes, the moment we click on the mp4. They also cant embed MP4 in a pdf.
We have updates all programms, tried several mp4s downloaded online, they also dont work
