In Acrobat forms how do I allow the user to enter multi-line copy, not just a single line?

You would need to set the form field's "Optional" tab "Multi-line" option to be selected. This option applies to text fields with a text format.

There is no reliable way to have a drop down option be multiple lines or one selection.
