Multiple attempts to send document for signature results in error

Acrobat DC Pro will not allow me to sign in and send for signatures. See attached screenshot of error.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to send the document for signature and getting the attached error message.

I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end and the service is working fine. Please logout of the application, reboot the computer once and re-login to the application and check if that helps.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also please try to send the documents for signature via Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works.
