Multiple signature invalid each other

New Here ,

Hi,

I prepared a form with multiple digital signature boxes. Apparently, the 2nd signature makes the 1st one invalid. I did some search, and it says I need to "certify" the document during the signing. However, I don't see this is an option anymore. My version is Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 2017.011.30171. The signatures are issued by the internal CA server.

Thanks for any tips.

This should not be the case. Are you sure there isn't anything else that might be modifying the file between the first and second signings? Maybe a script that's embedded in it, or something like that?

I found more detail on this. first 2 users used Revu BlueBeam 2018 to sign. the 3rd user opened it with Adobe Acrobat 2017 and it complains the signature is invalid as shown on the above attachment. If 3rd user opens it in BlueBeam, all signatures are valid and he/she can add 3rd signature.

So the question is why Adobe complains those signatures, I confirm there is no change during the signings.

I know, someone will say I should go for Bluebeam support. Yes, Bluebeam said go for Adobe support.
