Multiple signatures on a shared document

I would like to create a shared .pdf that can be distributed for multiple signatures on the same page, like a birthday or get-well card. Signers should be able to place their signature where ever they want on the document.

The users can do that with Adobe Reader or  similar PDF wiewers. 

In the case of Adobe Reader they can employ the Fill & Sign tool which will allow them to place an electronic signatute wherever they choose in the current page.
