Music pdfs not printing correctly.

When Pdfs of music are attached in email they open ok in Acrobat reader but when trying to print,  there seems to be a lack of format recognition - thick black staves and messy notes. When forwarded to another computer the pdfs print ok. Acrobat re-installed. Presumably some setting on this particular Macbook laptop is the problem. Any suggestions?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when PDF of music are attached in email they open OK in Acrobat reader but when trying to print, there seems to be a lack of format recognition - thick black staves and messy notes.

As the PDFs are printing fine on other computer. Please try to print the PDF as an image and see if that works for you. Open the PDF > Go to Print > Advanced > Print as Image

Also, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.
