My form field positioning keeps changing on me

I'm preparing a form, and whenever I insert a form field and I position it just where I want it.(Screenshot 1) I go to preview and as soon as I click on the field, it's as if the field goes back to its original position/format.(Screenshot 2)

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the form fields gets repositioned.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF form or with all the PDF forms? Please try with a different PDF form and check.

- Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF form?

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat  and make sure you have the latest version 20.13.20074 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates.

Please try to repair the installation (Win Only) and reboot the computer once and check if that works. Go to Help > Repair Installation.
