Need help with Preference Email Accounts.

Recv'd a Document to fill out, sign and return. Filled Document out and Signed it. Clicked Next says make Copy Link which I did. Went to send and it states "You Need to Configure your Default Email Client First from Preference---Email Accounts." How do I do THIS? Please Help!!!
