Need help with some persistant watermarks!

So i have this pdf textbook, and i gotten adobe pro dc to copy some of the text and make an anki (a flashcard software) deck out of these, but there's this number watermarks that i can't get rid of that prevents me from copying some of the texts. I tried the "remove the watermarks" but it says since they are not added with adobe's software so they can't be recognized&get ridden of.

Any tips on how to remove these persistant watermarks?
