Need to deactivat Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.1.0 on an unavailable op system

My pc corrupted Win 10 op system had to be replaced by repair shop.  I reinstalled my Acrobat Pro 8.1.0 software but it wont let me activate because it thinks there are 2 copies installed already.  how can I deactivate the one that was on the replaced op system? 

I have the Serial number, activation Number and Activation type.

As far as I know, the CS3 and earlier activation server has been retired... and I think that includes Acrobat 8

 

You can ask support to reset your activation account, but I don't think you will be able to activate

BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
