I have a PDF that worked fine for printing a physical book but when I try to upload it to Amazon, they want it scaled up by .25 inches on each side. How can I do this when I do not have access to the original In Design document. Can I somehow increase the dimensions of the PDF?

Scaled up? Or extended with white space? Or extended with other content?

Scaled up only. No white space.

Page scaling can be readily performed in Acrobat Pro DC using Preflight. There are some fixup functions specifically for this. Note that such scaling is of the entire page, not just the content, and that no reformatting of such content occurs.
