No Protect option when saving as PDF Portfolio

When using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (latest version) a user finds that all but 1 option is greyed out once the portfolio has been created.

She would like to Protect the PDF but this isn't possible.

If she combines PDFs then she is able to Protect it (although that has other issues with text boxes combining) so the issue is just with "Save as PDF Portfolio"

Any ideas?

A portfolio is just a container for other files, so protecting it from adding comments or printing is meaningless.

PS. The attachments feature is broken (again) so I couldn't view your image...
