No way to request or send for signature in Fill & Sign

Hello, 

We have a university license and an admin has Acrobat installed on her office PC and an laptop. 5.3.0.468 for Creative Cloud. Acrobat DC 2020.012.20048. She used to be able to send file on to be signed by clicking the Next button. 

That option has gone missing now. 

No Request Signature from Forms & Signatures Tool.

None of the new experience features are seen as well.

Where did the option go and how do I get this functionality back for this user

We are having the same issue. 

Acrobat Pro CC2019. 

Version 2020.006.20042
Within Fill & Sign the option to send for signature is not available. User indicates this was available a few weeks ago. How do we restore funtionality?
