Whenever I try to convert a Word document to PDF using the Acrobat "Create PDF" tool, a box pops up saying I "need to connect to the internet and be signed it to use this feature". Yet, my Acrobat Help tab indicates I am signed in and I have good internet connection. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Assuming that your Acrobat Pro DC version is up to date:
If this is happening in a Micrososft Windows computer, try clicking on Help --->>> Repair Installation.
If you're on macOS try uninstalling and reinstalling.
