- What is the workflow/steps you are doing to open the PDF file?
- Have you crated the PDF file or have you got it from a different user?
- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to open a different PDF file and check. If the PDF file is stored on a shared network/drive please download the file to your computer locally and then try to open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and check.
