Hey everyone, if you have say 10 documents scanned using the OCR feature of Acrobat Pro DC, can you search through all of those documents at once for keywords, or do you have to open a specific document and search for those keywords? I'm trying to get an idea of the features. Thanks for any help

Hi Default,

Keywords or words? Keywords would be in the metadata of the file and any metadata search capability will look for any file on your computer for those keywords (PDF or any file). If it's words, than you need to be IN that file to search within that file. And success is dependant upon how good the OCR was done. There can be mistakes and/or errors so that a word that is clearly visible to the eye was not properly converted into a searchable word and will therefore be invisible to a search.
