When Trying to scan multiple pages, the scanner will pull the first page pause for a minute than pull the additional pages. However it only scans the first page or at least it's the only one that comes up in the Acrobat DC app. I do not know if there may be something I'm doing wrong or missing. Any help would be apperciated.

Hey!

Thanks for reaching out.

As shared that, upon creating PDF from scanner it only converts the first page. We'd like to know if this is something you have started experiencing recently or this issue had been there from long?

You may try the following suggestions and see if that makes any difference-

1- Check with a different multi-page PDF and see if that causes the same issue.

2- Check for the latest update. Open Acrobat >help>check for update https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

3- If it still doesn't help, then check with the any other application to see if the scan function works fine or not.

4- Install the latest printer driver for the seamless experience.

Thanks,

Akanchha
