In the list of installed apps within Creative Cloud Desktop, Acrobat is listed, however the Open button is grayed out. I cannot open it. I can open all the other apps. Any advice?

As reported, open button is grayed out within Creative Cloud desktop application. In that case, did you try opening the Acrobat DC application from your system's desktop or application location? There are other ways to open the app.
