Open button is grayed out

In the list of installed apps within Creative Cloud Desktop, Acrobat is listed, however the Open button is grayed out. I cannot open it. I can open all the other apps. Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out.

As reported, open button is grayed out within Creative Cloud desktop application. In that case, did you try opening the Acrobat DC application from your system's desktop or application location? There are other ways to open the app.

  1. If its a Mac computer, then look for the app in Go>Application folder
  2. For Windows, search, type Acrobat or C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
  3. If none of the solution works, then use this cleaner tool to remove the app: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html 
  4. Restart computer, Reopen CCD app and see if Acrobat says "Install". If not, then download it from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html
