When I open a PDF email attachment (Mozilla Thunderbird) I used to get a message asking whether I wanted to open or save. This has recently disappeared, and it only allows me to save. I may have inadvertently selected this, but if so it was in error. How can I get this option back? I've looked in Adobe preferences and can't find it.
