I just installed Adobe Acrobat extenstion for Chrome but as shown in screenshots on Chrome webstore, my Adobe Acrobat extenstion doesn't have option which says "Open PDF in Acrobat". I am looking for this option to open pdf files by default on Adobe Acrobat from chrome.

Has this been removed from latest version of extension or I am missing smething.

Hi Tatyaso,

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not getting the option to open the PDF in Acrobat after installing the Acrobat extension in chrome.

Please make sure that you have enabled the extension. Click on the three verticla dots in the top right corner of the chrome > More Tools > Extension and toggle on the Acrobat Extension and then refresh/reload the page and you will get the option in the right hand side 'Open in Acrobat'

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

We are sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the version of Adobe Acrobat/Redaer DC you are using? Have you started experiencing this issue recently?

To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat and make sure that you have the latest version 20.12.20043 installed.

Keep us posted with the findings
