Overriding an auto-populated field

I have created a form that has a bunch of areas that auto-populate (fields have the same names). What I'd like to do is have my user be able to override just a few of the fields, when necessary. Right now, if my user tries to change one thing all the fields change, of course.

Is there a way to allow overriding of just one of the fields - for my user.

To add info: this is a one-page form that will just be emailed back and forth from my users to me.
