Hi anyone, we have an issue where A4 landscape forms (all page boxes showing correctly) are output as portrait and cropped to 210mm x 210mm as though the document has been rotated but the cropbox hasn't. These forms are submitted by users as attachements to letters, processed through mailing software (software A) and output to an aggregator folder where they are picked up by further mailing software (software B). The source files are landscape, view as portrait in software A, view as cropped 210mm x 210mm in the aggregator folder and are printed as cropped in software B. Auto Nesting page geometry fixes the aggregated files back to 210mm x 297mm and allows them to be printed correctly by software B. Does anyone have any idea why the page orientation and crop box orientation would conflict when software A outputs into the aggregator?

That's a question for the makers of software A.
A PDF can have a rotation attached to it, which all viewers should use. Maybe software A is faulty or limited in that regard. Faulty if the size changes too.

Hi There,
Thanks for reporting the issue here.
Please make sure the checkbox "Choose paper source by PDF page size" is unchecked while printing; if the same is selected and the print command is given then the page size would be considered the one with original PDF file instead or mentioned in the Print Dialog.
Regards,
Swapnil Srivastava
