I have links set up in my document to jump from page to page. How do I turn off the option to go through the pages on their own? I want to make them use the links to navigate.

It is possible when you insert and delete template pages.

You can make one page = one layer.
And you can lock layers, so the end user must navigate using your links.
Right-click on a layer's name to get the Properties:
