Page-wide graticule to help read plots

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is a known way to change the pointer in acrobat for a graticule?

Like a page-wide cross centered at the postition of the pointer. 

That would be really helpul to read more precisely values on graph axes for instance.

As a scientist, I think that would make a decent feature to add to Acrobat.
