Recebi a seguinte mensagem "Não foi possivel processar a página, pois ocorreu um erro no serviço de reconhecimento do Captura de Papel. (10001)" ao criar através de scanner o um documento pdf com OCR como resolver?

Tenho instalado no comptador o IRIS scan

Hi,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting paper capture recognition service error when trying to run OCR on the pdf, is that correct?

Could you try the troubleshooting steps given in this help document: Could not access the recognition service when attempting OCR on Windows . If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu (for Windows OS only), reboot the machine after repair and check.

Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat
