part of pdf tables is not showing

Hello and thank you for checking my question.

I have a pdf (attached), and part of the data in column 2 is hidden. However, if you copy a couple of lines from the column and paste it in notepad for example, you can see the entire text.

Can you please check and advise.

As the hidden text gets copied, could you please let us know how the PDF was created? 

The PDF that you have shared is a cropped page of the PDF. Please share the complete PDF or sample PDF on which the issue occurs. It will help us to further investigate the issue.

Share the Acrobat and OS version you are using on the machine.

Thanks for the reply. I have this pdf from work and the PMO created it.
They only sent me this page to test on it as I am not allowed to see the
full document.

The document was created years ago from Saving a Word document as pdf.
However, I tried opening it in many versions and online with no luck
