PDF Export aus QuarkXPress läßt sich in Adobe Acrobat DC pro nicht editieren

Hallo und guten Tag,

seit wenigen Tagen lassen sich bei uns aus der aktuellsten QuarkXPress Version (17.0 - 50087) exportierte pdf Dateien nicht mehr mit Adobe Acrobat DC pro Werkzeug "PDF-bearbeiten" editieren. Wir können in der erzeugten pdf keinen Text editieren und auch keine Objekte löschen.  Beim Export einer neuen Quark Datei mit nur Text in eine pdf-Datei, läßt sich alles normal bearbeiten. Wenn wir jedoch ein z.B. Prospekt, welches in einer früheren Quark-Version erzeugt wurde, aktualisieren möchten, dies in der aktuellen Quark-Version speichern und dann als pdf exportieren, läßt sich die pdf-Datei nicht bearbeiten.

Hat jemand eine Idee, wie sich das Problem beseitigen läßt?

Hi, (sorry I only speak English).

This is probably something that has happened in the creation of the PDF, so it might be better placed on a Quark forum. Acrobat assumes the PDF is created correctly to be able to Edit anything, if that is not the case then the functions will not function as expected.

If you can share a sample document we can see if we can find anything specific.

Thank you very much for asking: No we did not get the answer we needed ... .

We asked in some Quark forums. The advice is to take a different tool to create pdf-files out of Quark. We did that without success. The pdf-file is still not to edit - like the sample document we have uploaded here.

May be we have to live with this problem untill a next Quark Update.

Did you get any information on the sample document we uploaded?
